Classic Pumpkin Pie


Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  2. Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves into a small bowl
  3. In a large bowl, beat eggs and stir in the pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture
  4. While stirring, gradually add the evaporated milk
  5. Pour into pie shell
  6. Bake for 15 minutes
  7. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F and bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted in the center of the pie comes out clean
